Challenge
Grupo-Holon asked for our help in order to improve the way all the medical appointments scheduled in the pharmacies of the group were made and how the data is registered and organized.
Strategy
To develop a web-based platform that allows the medical providers to complete an entire consultation using a web browser, organizes all the info that is collected and saves the data for further analysis – all of this respecting a complex permission table that can be applied to each individual profile.It also enables the pharmacy staff to collect some general info about their clients and to schedule the next appointment at the very moment.
Outcome
Right now, Grupo-Holon manages its providers very closely, gaining efficiency in the process and providing a better service. Also, all their clients data is stored in one save place accessible from anywhere in the globe that organizes and even gives indicators regarding all the info that is collected.
